WA Rideshare Drivers: Clearing Failure-to-Appear Warrants

DOL requires a certified court order or an abstract of driving record correction request from the court that issued the warrant. Failure-to-appear suspensions in Washington do not require SR-22 insurance filing for reinstatement. A missed court date does not trigger financial responsibility filing requirements under RCW 46.29.
