Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
This page describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), and how to exercise them.
What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean
Under California law:
- A “sale” is the disclosure of your personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- “Sharing” specifically refers to the disclosure of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not we receive money in exchange.
We do not sell your personal information for direct monetary payment. However, when you submit an inquiry form on this website, we share your information with one or more lead-buyer partners — such as SmartFinancial or Modernize — so they can contact you about the service you requested. California’s broad definitions may classify this disclosure as a sale or share, even though we do not consider it traditional data brokerage. We treat this sharing as a “sale” or “share” for purposes of California’s opt-out right, out of an abundance of caution.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
Right to opt out of sale and sharing. You may direct us to stop sharing your personal information with our lead-buyer partners on a going-forward basis. Note that opting out after submitting an inquiry form does not necessarily recall information already shared; it prevents future sharing.
Right to know. You may request that we disclose:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about you
- The categories of sources from which we collected it
- Our purpose for collecting or sharing it
- The categories of third parties with whom we shared it
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you
Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal retention requirements (such as TCPA recordkeeping).
Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we have about you.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect or use sensitive personal information in the manner that would trigger this right. If you believe we have collected sensitive personal information about you, you may submit a request to limit its use.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of these rights, please submit our Privacy Request Form. Select the appropriate request type from the dropdown.
You may also submit a request by written mail to our statutory agent:

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days. If we need an extension (which we will limit to one additional 45-day period), we will notify you within the initial response period.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We may ask you to confirm specific pieces of personal information we have on file about you. We will not use information you provide for verification for any other purpose.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. If the authorized agent does not provide proof of authorization and a notarized verification from you, we may deny the request.
Frequency
You may submit a Right to Know or Right to Delete request up to twice per twelve-month period, free of charge.
